Doctor of Chiropractic
Clinical Focus: Spine, Disc, and Nerve-Related Conditions
Dr. Ike Woodroof is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic with over nine years of clinical experience evaluating and managing musculoskeletal and nerve-related conditions. His practice emphasizes thorough examination, accurate diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning based on objective clinical findings rather than symptom location alone.
Dr. Woodroof routinely evaluates conditions involving the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, including neck pain, low back pain, headaches, sciatica, and injuries related to motor vehicle accidents. Clinical decisions are guided by detailed health history, functional movement assessment, orthopedic and neurological testing, and imaging review when clinically indicated.

Clinical Areas of Focus
Dr. Woodroof’s clinical work commonly involves evaluation and management of:
- Cervical spine conditions, including neck pain and cervicogenic headaches
- Lumbar spine disorders, including low back pain and disc-related symptoms
- Sciatica and radicular pain affecting the arms or legs
- Headaches with suspected musculoskeletal or cervical involvement
- Musculoskeletal injuries following motor vehicle accidents
Each condition is evaluated individually to determine the most appropriate course of care, referral, or co-management based on diagnosis and prognosis.
Experience With Auto Accident and Injury Cases
Dr. Woodroof regularly evaluates patients following motor vehicle accidents, including cases involving whiplash, disc injury, and nerve-related symptoms. His examination process focuses on identifying injury mechanisms, documenting objective findings, and determining appropriate care timelines based on clinical presentation.
When necessary, patients are referred for imaging or co-managed with other healthcare providers to support accurate diagnosis and patient safety.
Clinical Philosophy
Effective care begins with understanding the cause of a patient’s symptoms. Dr. Woodroof believes that accurate diagnosis, appropriate treatment planning, and ongoing reassessment are essential for improving function, reducing pain, and supporting long-term outcomes.
Care recommendations are guided by clinical findings and adjusted as patient response and examination results evolve over time.
Begin With a Clinical Evaluation
If you are experiencing neck pain, low back pain, headaches, sciatica, or symptoms following a car accident, the first step is a thorough clinical evaluation.
